For large projects, PMCA has the internal capability to setup, staff and manage a Program Management Office (PMO) within the client organization if required.  The PMO will be an "agent" for the client and responsible for representing and protecting the client's interests when managing the planning, oversight, and coordination of projects, resources, vendors, and other aspects of complex initiatives.
